Our commitment to transparent billing, subscription management and fair refund handling.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for training programs, workshops, mentorship services and other educational offerings provided by STS Tech Academy, an initiative of Suhansh Tech Services Private Limited.
2. Course Enrollment & Payments
Course fees must be paid according to the selected program and payment plan. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment processing and verification.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Course enrollment fees, registration charges, mentorship sessions, interview preparation services, career guidance services, placement assistance, training materials, recorded sessions and downloadable resources are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
4. Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate payments, accidental transactions, billing errors or technical issues that prevent course access and cannot be reasonably resolved.
5. Refund Request Timeline
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
6. Refund Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Users must provide payment references, transaction details and any supporting documentation necessary for investigation.
7. Approved Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days depending on the payment method, banking institution and payment gateway provider.
8. Course Cancellation By Student
Students may discontinue participation at any time. However, discontinuing a course after enrollment or after gaining access to learning resources does not automatically qualify for a refund.
9. Placement Assistance Disclaimer
STS Tech Academy provides interview preparation, resume guidance, career mentoring and placement assistance. However, no refund shall be granted due to lack of interview calls, job offers, salary expectations or placement outcomes, as employment decisions are solely made by employers.
10. Course Access & Digital Content
Once a student receives access to live classes, learning portals, recorded content, assignments, projects or downloadable resources, such access is considered delivered and may not be eligible for a refund.
11. Program Changes
STS Tech Academy reserves the right to modify course schedules, trainers, curriculum, learning materials or delivery methods whenever necessary to improve the learning experience.
12. Changes To This Policy
STS Tech Academy reserves the right to update this Refund Policy periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
