STS Tech Academy services are intended for students, graduates, working professionals, job seekers, employers and organizations. Users must provide accurate information during registration and use our services only for lawful purposes.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and restricting unauthorized access to their accounts. Any activity performed through a registered account is the responsibility of the account holder.

Course fees, training charges and service fees must be paid according to the selected program. Access to training materials, live sessions or services may be restricted if payment obligations are not fulfilled. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

Users shall not upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, distribute copyrighted materials, share course content illegally, violate applicable laws or misuse STS Tech Academy services in any manner.

All course content, training materials, videos, projects, assessments, documentation and educational resources remain the intellectual property of Suhansh Tech Services Private Limited and may not be copied, redistributed or resold without written permission.

All software, branding, logos, website content, course materials, designs, documentation and related intellectual property associated with STS Tech Academy remain the exclusive property of Suhansh Tech Services Private Limited.

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our services, scheduled maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure issues or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect availability.

STS Tech Academy provides placement assistance, resume building, interview preparation and career guidance. However, we do not guarantee employment, interview calls, salary packages, job offers or placement outcomes. Hiring decisions are solely made by employers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, misuse training resources, engage in fraudulent activities, share copyrighted materials or otherwise compromise platform security.

Refund eligibility, timelines and processing are governed by our separate Refund Policy. By enrolling in a program, users agree to the refund terms published on our website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
